Last updated: 8 October 2026

Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

spotlitevo operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and spotlitevo under the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in the United Kingdom. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and the creation of high-quality feeds for news and broadcasting. Any other use is prohibited.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, transmit malware, scrape content at scale, or use the site to distribute illegal material. You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with broadcasters or news organisations.

Accounts, submissions and user content

If you create an account or submit material such as footage specifications or technical briefs you remain responsible for that content. You grant spotlitevo a non-exclusive licence to use submitted material solely to provide the requested services. We may remove any submission that breaches these terms.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, logos and software on the site belong to spotlitevo or its licensors. You may view pages for personal or internal business use but you must not copy, modify or distribute any material without prior written consent. Trademarks such as the spotlitevo name may not be used without permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may contain references to third-party platforms used for video transmission or signal routing. We do not control these services and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or data practices. Any link does not imply endorsement.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance, legal reasons or suspected breach. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

The site and services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that feeds or signals will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to spotlitevo in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits or business interruption.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify spotlitevo against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or UK GDPR.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any term does not waive that term. We may revise these terms at any time; the current version is dated 8 October 2026. For questions contact us using the form on the Contacts page or email [email protected]. Our address is Unit 7, Honeycrock Farm, Axes Lane, Salfords, Surrey RH1 5QL, United Kingdom and telephone number is +44 20 8035 8010.
